Hadith 4107

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "Defaming a Muslim is evildoing and fighting him is Kufr." (Sahih Mawquf)

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّعْرَاءِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ ‏.‏
