Hadith 4054

It was narrated that Jarir said: "Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood."

أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏{‏ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، ‏}‏ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ ‏.‏
