Hadith 2919

Jabir b. Samura reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When Kisra would die there would be no Kisra after him; the rest of the hadith is the same as Abu Huraira reported.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إِذَا هَلَكَ كِسْرَى فَلاَ كِسْرَى بَعْدَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ سَوَاءً ‏.‏
