Hadith 2044
Anas reported that there were brought to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) dates. He distributed them in the state that he had been sitting upright (in an easy posture) and he had also been eating them a (bit) quickly.
وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِتَمْرٍ فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْسِمُهُ وَهُوَ مُحْتَفِزٌ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ أَكْلاً ذَرِيعًا . وَفِي رِوَايَةِ زُهَيْرٍ أَكْلاً حَثِيثًا . </bdo>
