Hadith 258
Narrated Hakim bin Hizam (RA): Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Neither the prescribed punishment nor retaliations should be executed inside the mosque." [Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud through a weak Sanad (chain)].
وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ , وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ <sup>1</sup>
