Hadith 1306
Ibn ’Umar (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) used to give some (members) of the Sariyah he sent out (i.e. some of the soldiers), additional booties especially for them, apart from the shares which are given to the whole army.’ Agreed upon.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يُنَفِّلُ بَعْضَ مَنْ يَبْعَثُ مِنْ اَلسَّرَايَا لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ خَاصَّةً, سِوَى قَسْمِ عَامَّةِ اَلْجَيْشِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ <sup>1</sup> .
