Hadith 1304
Ma’n bin Yazid narrated, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) say, “Additional booties (extra to the allotted share) are to be distributed only after the fifth has been kept aside.” Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud .At Tahawi graded it as Sahih.
وَعَنْ مَعْنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا <sup>1</sup> قَالَ: { سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: "لَا نَفْلَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ اَلْخُمُسِ" } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلطَّحَاوِيُّ <sup>2</sup> .
