Hadith 1172
Samurah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.) said, “Whoever kills his slave we shall kill him, and whoever cuts the nose of his slave we shall cut off his nose.” Related by Ahmad and the four lmams. At-Tirmidhi graded it as Hasan. Abu Dawud and An-Nasa’i added the following, “and whoever castrates his slave we shall castrate him.” Al-Hakim graded this addition as Sahih.
وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ, وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ, وَحَسَّنَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَهُوَ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ اَلْحَسَنِ اَلْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ, وَقَدْ اُخْتُلِفَ فِي سَمَاعِهِ مِنْهُ <sup>1</sup> . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَبِي دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيِّ: { وَمَنْ خَصَى عَبْدُهُ خَصَيْنَاهُ } . وَصَحَّحَ اَلْحَاكِمُ هَذِهِ اَلزِّيَادَةَ <sup>2</sup> .
