Hadith 879
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA): Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "No surety is allowed regarding a prescribed punishment." [Reported by al-Baihaqi with a Da'if (weak) chain of narrators].
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا كَفَالَةَ فِي حَدٍّ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيفٍ <sup>1</sup> .
