Abu Dawud reported in al-Marasil as a saying of 'Ikrimah, and that is the strongest opinion.
وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ <sup>1</sup> فِي " اَلْمَرَاسِيلِ " لِعِكْرِمَةَ, وَهُوَ اَلرَّاجِحُ.
